Very dissapointed

It crashes all the time. Very limited functionality for DSC PC1684 using a TLC-150. Without an extensive support during configuration is almost impossible to get it running. No sms nor email alerts for important events. I had fate I had a solution with ALLSECURE. I just wasted my money.
